Rates: (For availability e-mail cpopov2@gmail.com or call - 208 264-8001) May 2012 through June 16, 2012: $1,000/week or $150 daily; June 17 through June 30th: $1,175/week or $175 daily July 1, 2011 through Labor Day weekend rates as follows: 1 -
2 persons: $1,525/week or $225 daily
3 - 4 persons: $1,700/week or $250 daily Sept
4, 2012 through end of Oct - $1,000/week or $150 daily 4 persons maximum 2 night minimum Fully refundable Security/Cleaning deposits are as follows: 1 - 2 persons: $125
3 - 4 persons: $150 Security Deposits are fully refundable with
clean up upon departure by tenant. We do the laundry and sanitizing. 2
bedroom/1 bath. Master bedroom has queen bed; 2nd bedroom has two twin beds; living room has queen pull-out
sleeper futon. The 2nd bedroom beds can be converted to a king by special request - the two twin beds can be pushed
together with a foam bridge to create a king (advance notice needed). Closed
November thru mid May. Sorry, no pets. See
